Your appointments are very important to Eye Love Lash team, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that  sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

     STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment  without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that  appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity  to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance  because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked  months ago.  Since the services are reserved for you personally, a  Cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.
 

     CANCELLATIONS​

  • We accept cancellations by phone, email or in person

  • We require 24 hours notice if you have to cancel or change an appointment. If you need to cancel appointment on the same day, you may be charged a late cancellation fee of $50.

     LATE POLICIES

 

  • Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your service being altered to fit remaining time available.

  • If you are at least 20 minutes late hand haven’t heard from you, your appointment will be treated as a NO SHOW and fees may apply.

     NO SHOW​

 

  • Please be courteous and notify us if you cannot make your appointment.
    • 1st No show – Fee $50 prior to appointment

    • 2nd No Show – Full payment of service will be required at time of booking

 

Eye Love Lash has the right to decline any appointments for those who fail to follow our policies
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests  of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Eye Love Lash Salon policies are  presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and

     CONFIRMATION EMAILS

As a courtesy, we will EMAIL you to confirm your service appointments prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to  avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
